Position Summary:

IMM, the fastest growing digital media company is looking for Content Marketing and Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage the target audience, and support the overall marketing objectives of the company. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and distributing compelling content across various online platforms, including social media channels, blogs, websites, and email campaigns. Your goal will be to attract, engage, and convert prospects into customers while maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.

• Conduct market research to identify content trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to enhance content effectiveness.

• Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including articles, blog posts, infographics, videos, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.

• Curate relevant industry content from external sources and share it with the target audience, adding value and establishing thought leadership.

• Develop and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

• Create and schedule social media content, including posts, images, and videos, while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and industry trends, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.

• Track, analyze, and report on content and social media metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gain insights into content performance and make data-driven decisions for content optimization.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Experience in content marketing and social media management.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., WordPress), Photoshop and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content strategies accordingly.
